Wetabix Challange

im going to post a video of dom trying to eat 24 bars of wetabix dry. because its too long for youtube im going to have to miss out a lot of it so this will only be the highlights also im missing out my attempt because its gross and embarrassing

Marvin on Wiki

we need to get a wiki entry for marvin the magician.
Dom tried to make an entry but they deleted it!
they said that not enough people have heard of it to make an entry so we need all u marvin fans to go to wiki and shearch 4 marvin the magician then request an entry if enough make a request then we should be able to get it up

the old camera wont work on the mac due to loser wires so i will have to do it on my pc (phat chance of that happening)

ALSO Dom is leaving to go to america for five weeks on sunday so filming on the sequel to marvin the magician but i will be doing some skits with my sisters and Isobel (you dont know her) so you wont have nothing to watch, but we only have two ideas so far so email me some if you think of one

good news

Iv found the wire for the old camera so now i can put all the older films onto the pc, however i still need to find the power cable coz it only has 100 mins left on the battery

Marvin premier

The marvin premier was today at lunch.
It went perfectly except half of the people I invited decided at the last minute that they didnt want to go, and we had to find a new room but nice Mr Youens (sp?) let us use his room.
Also the film will be online by tonight for all those who couldnt come to the premier, the first is already posted and the second is uploading as i type.

wel the premeier unfortunatly wasnt today because 4 sum reason i cudnt get it to burn on to a dvd so im going to try again and jus put the video file onto a cd so no fancy menu screens 4 u :( the premier should be on thursday


there hasnt been anymore filming with the next marvin film since last update but we intend to do more in the summer and when dom isnt in america, but luckily for you when i go to austria we (me seony paula and isabel) intend to make some nice skits.


i jus quickly got an old video up of 1 of our early marvin vids its only about a min long tho


rite now gareth is making a new banner and background 4 the site so it will look even more purdy

today was productive. iv uploaded three videos, the chess 1 i mentioned earlier, son of marvin and a videoof when i got a helium baloon yesterday at the fayre

we made a short film a few days ago called "how to put off your chess opponent" and its pretty much self explanetary i will try to get it uploaded in the next few days.

Marvin the Magician Timeline

Marvin first started his career as a street magician, back in the day when we were just trying out a new idea we had which was stopping the camera and moving offscreen then restarting the camrea so it looks like i dissapeared.

Then Marvin realised that he could use his power of dissaprearing to go on a crime spree and then partying afterwards

During his career as a criminal Marvin received a note from Eve L. Doer who wanted marvin to use his dissapearing to create a device for her in return she would make him a costume, but after getting the device (an apple with a key in it) from marvin she betrayed him by taking back the costume using the device, after this marvin decided that he would turn his life around by fighting crime and taking his revenge o Eve L. Doer.

When Marvin foiled Eve's plans and stopping her crimewave Marvin was awarded a cloak of honour and a Monkey of honour.

Marvin decided that he would need someone to continue his bloodline, so he when to the baby bank to get a son, naming him Son of Marvin. when Som of Marvin was 16 he decided that after spending his whole life not being like his farther he wanted to be just like his farther by going on a crime spree and then becoming a crimefighter, but during his crime spree Marvin came to stop him resulting in Son of Marvin's death.

thus continues the greatest story of all time.

Marvin film

The marvin film editing is now complete, yay.
right now the film is compressing but i wont be uploading it onto the blog 4 a week or two, im not going to post it untill the sceening for the film.
now im going to move on to getting some of our shorter films up and in a download page

updates

I am right now finnishing with the editing on the third film in the series of Marvin the Magician movies, i will post a timeline of the films when i can be assed.


We are also beginning the filming of the fourth film, which will conclude the story of the third.


i will also try to get some of the short sketches that me and dom have done over the years, i will start with the voice swapping thing we did when we were bored.

this is the official blog for the seris of short films featuring Marvin the Magician starring Sandy Young (me) and Dom o'Donnell (the other 1).
well i will probably use this blog to post updates about what is going on with the current film which may not actually be about Marvin since we do a lot of other short films, which i may sometimes post on the blog if they arnt too long.
